• Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC); AACR2/RDA; Koha OPAC.
• Borrowing: Undergrad 3 items/14d; Graduate 5/14d; Faculty 5/60d; Staff 3/21d; Alumni 2/7d.
• Fines: MMK 1,000/day per book; lost items replaced or paid (×3 cost).
• Conduct: Quiet zone; reference journals in-library; theses in-library use only.
• Open Hours: Mon–Fri 08:00–19:00; Sat 12:00–17:00 (Circulation: Mon–Fri 10:00–16:00; Sat 12:00–16:00).
