Principal’s Welcome Message
Warm greetings, and welcome to the website of Tedim Christian College (TCC).
Located in the heart of Yangon at Sanchaung Township, Baho Road, TCC has been serving as a center of theological education and Christian leadership formation in Myanmar since its founding in 2000. Guided by the calling to bear witness to the presence of Christ, we are committed to equipping men and women with biblical knowledge, spiritual maturity, and Christian values to serve both the Church and wider society.
Our lifelong motto is “Learning, Teaching, and Serving.”
- Learning — to grow continually in wisdom and knowledge of God’s Word.
- Teaching — to share and pass on the truth of the Gospel to others.
- Serving — to live out Christ’s love in practical ways for the good of the Church and community.
The theme of the 2025–2026 academic year is “Anchored in Hope, Called to Rebuild” (Isaiah 61:4). In Myanmar’s present context, where communities long for restoration and healing, this verse reminds us that God calls His people to rebuild lives, renew faith, and restore hope. At TCC, we pray that every student will be equipped to participate in this redemptive work, becoming channels of peace and encouragement wherever God sends them.
In the spirit of unity in Christ, TCC welcomes students from all ethnic groups and Christian denominations. We believe that diversity within the Body of Christ enriches our shared learning and strengthens our witness in Myanmar’s multi-ethnic and multi-religious society.
TCC is more than an academic institution—it is a Christ-centered community where faculty, staff, and students live, learn, and worship together. To nurture this community, we uphold mutual respect, order, and accountability. As followers of Christ, we are called to practice love, humility, and service, reflecting the servant-hearted leadership of Jesus.
