Philosophy of Education and Core Values
“And Jesus increased in wisdom and in stature and in favor with God and man.” (Luke 2:52)
The Educational Philosophy of TCC follows the example of Jesus’ own development as described in Luke 2:52. We believe that true Christian leadership is shaped by holistic growth in four key dimensions:
| Aspect | Focus Area |
|---|---|
| Intellectual | Theological knowledge and critical thinking rooted in Scripture |
| Physical | Healthy living and stewardship of the body as God’s creation |
| Spiritual | Deepening personal relationship with God through spiritual disciplines |
| Social | Christlike relationships, respect for cultural differences, and community building |
Core Values
Intellectual Growth
We commit to teaching the Bible faithfully and encouraging academic excellence.
Physical Growth
We promote healthy living and responsible stewardship of our bodies as God’s creation.
Spiritual Growth
We center all we do on Jesus Christ and develop servant leaders with compassion and integrity.
Social Growth
We respect cultural diversity, practice sensitivity, and build a caring community of faith.
