Overview of Programs

Theology Programs: TCC’s foundational offering is the Bachelor of Theology (B.Th), available since its inception in 2000. In 2017–2018, the College expanded to include the Master of Divinity (M.Div), designed for bachelor’s degree holders. The Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th) is offered to students without a high school diploma, equipping them for evangelism, missions, and pastoral work.

Liberal Arts Programs: In addition to theological training, TCC offers inclusive liberal arts programs open to students of all faiths:

  • Diploma in Management and Administration (2014) — upgraded to a bachelor’s degree in 2025.
  • Diploma in Social Work (2015) — preparing students for community development and humanitarian service.
  • School of Music (2017) — bachelor’s, diploma, and certificate programs in vocal, piano, violin, drums, and guitar.
  • School of GED (2023) — offering the American High School Diploma via the GED pathway.

Service-Learning Programs

TCC’s service learning program comprises two integrated components in partnership with churches and Christian organizations:

1. Field Education Program

A core requirement across all degree programs (B.Th, Dip.Th, M.Div), partnering with local churches and national associations. Online students collaborate with local ministries in their regions. Students apply classroom learning in ministry contexts. Field supervisors complete evaluation forms and the Field Education Director monitors progress monthly.

2. Internship Program

A five-week intensive practical learning experience during key study stages:

  • B.Th/Dip.Th students: summer of 3rd year.
  • M.Div students: summer after 2nd year.

Internships are supervised for academic integrity and ministry relevance, conducted within TCC’s network, and graded using standardized evaluation forms. This component strengthens hands-on ministry skills and readiness for Christian service.
